THE HOUSE Self contained managed 4* accommodation for up to 12. 4* accommodation with full/part board for up to 12. Basic accommodation for groups of up to 30. Fully equipped classroom. Outdoor hot tub for guests. Outdoor grassed play area.

THE GROUNDS 15 acres of woods. Camping space for 10 tents. Pre-historic site - iron age hill fort. Games room with pool table, table tennis. Two small lakes for fishing or model boat usage. River and river pool for simple water play, as it is mostly very shallow (of course, it can only be used with parental supervision).

ON-SITE ACTIVITIES Clay pigeon shooting. Air rifle shooting. Massage/beauty/reflexology/aromatherapy treatments by qualified practitioners. Yoga and meditation by qualified teacher. Scenic walks (actually classified as one of the thirty most beautiful walks in the north west). Guided walks if required. River fishing for brown/sea trout, in season. Children’s adventure trail can be set up if required. Trailer rides behind Landrover. Wild life.
